Covenant · four hands-on examples

Let agents do the work. Keep control of the deal.

Give an agent a spending limit, bring a team to one set of terms, compare offers and deal with incomplete work. Keep a signed record of who approved what, then open it somewhere else.

You play every sample role. Buttons sign records in this tab; they do not run live agents or make payments. Amounts are example credits. There are no accounts.

What would you like to try?

Each example is independent. Switch freely; your progress stays in this tab.

Preparing temporary signing keys…

Next: set a limit, then sign the permission as the owner.

Delegate a budget, without a blank cheque.

An owner lets a buying agent purchase research from a named supplier. The agent's signed purchase must fit the permission.

1. Set the permission

Owner: Maya · Buying agent: Scout · Supplier: North Research

Permission lasts one hour, using this browser's clock.

2. Try a purchase

No spending permission has been signed.

A signed purchase records the agent's authorised decision. It does not send an order or move money.

3. Withdraw permission

Stop further purchases. Purchases already recorded stay in the history.

Why keep the agreement outside any one agent?

Work can pass through several people, agents and services. A shared record helps the next participant see the permission, the exact terms and the approvals already given. You can change tools without losing the agreement's history.

Covenant's wider early-access product is being developed for these kinds of coordinated workflows. These small local examples make the approval steps visible.
